CEO & CREATIVE PRODUCER, SOUND STAGE LIVE • 2017-2019

Founder and CEO of Sound Stage LIVE, an entertainment technology venture that uses immersive projections and mobile interactivity to gamify the live theatre experience. Demonstrated proof of concept at March 2018 production of “The Little Mermaid” featuring Todrick Hall. Key accomplishments include creative development for three interactive shows, and overseeing a successful marketing campaign to reimagine theatre for a Millennial and Gen Z audience, earning features in Life & Style, Business Insider, and ABC.

 

MANAGING CREATIVE DIRECTOR, THE BRIDGE • 2011-2016

Managing Creative Director for The Bridge, a faith-based organization in the South Bay. Functional manager for 10 staff members and 200+ volunteers. Led successful rebranding campaign in 2012, realizing 40% growth in membership. Creative oversight included brand strategy, content creation, and live event production and design.

 

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, BROADWAY IN THE PARK • 2009-2015

Founder and Executive Producer for a summer theatre festival in the South Bay, presenting professionally-staged musicals in an immersive environment to over 2,500 guests. Secured major funding from Disney, Gensler, Toyota, Arclight, Chevron and more to present high-quality and affordable events for family audiences. 

 

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, CONCEPT DESIGN PRODUCTIONS • 2007-2010

Managed marketing operations for a scenic design and fabrication studio with $4M in annual sales. Additionally served as Account Executive, supporting clients with show design and production logistics. Specialized in trade shows and exhibits for Fortune 1000 companies.

 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, REDLANDS CIVIC LIGHT OPERA • 2006-2007

Founded a non-profit professional theatre company with an annual budget of $500,000; developing key partnerships with La-Z-Boy and San Manuel Casino. Served as creative producer and production designer for a full season of professionally-staged musicals, presented to over 7,000 patrons annually.
